Getting your client the medical care their recovery depends on
Send us the referral. We handle the medical side.
When to refer a client to us
Your client has no primary care physician

We work alongside, so care and forms don't stall.

No recent medical care, no referrals moving, forms outstanding.
You need a form completed

Why a treating practice matters
We are your client's treating medical team, not a retained assessor. Our duty of care runs to the patient. The clinical record is a byproduct of real care, which is what makes it clear and complete.
