Medical care after an injury, from wherever you are
If you've been injured or are living with a disability and can't get the care you need, our physician-led medical team can help.
What a virtual visit looks like
- We gather your records. With your permission, we collect your medical records before the visit.
- You meet our medical team by secure video. We talk through your injuries, symptoms, care so far and what's getting in the way.
- We make a plan. That can include specialist referrals, imaging, prescriptions where appropriate, follow-up visits and any forms you need.
You'll need a private space, a phone, tablet or computer with a camera, and about 30 to 45 minutes.
Is there a cost to me?
Ontario: if you were injured in an Ontario car accident, your care is usually funded through your auto insurer. We confirm funding before care begins.
Elsewhere: we'll confirm how your care is funded before your first visit.
How to get started
If you have a lawyer, case manager or rehab provider, they can refer you directly. You can also contact us yourself and we'll work with your team to arrange care.
