Consultations and clinical records
Every patient starts with a full review of their records and a virtual consultation with our physician-led team. The result is a clinical record that documents the care, and a clear plan for what comes next.
The consultation
We review all available clinical notes and records first. Then we meet the patient by secure video to understand their injuries, the care so far and what's still getting in the way. The consultation typically runs 30 to 45 minutes.
The clinical record
A written record of the consultation: history, records reviewed, findings, clinical opinions on injuries and prognosis, and the care plan. Request a sample
Specialist referrals and imaging
When clinically appropriate, we refer to psychiatry, physiatry, orthopedics, physiotherapy and occupational therapy, and order imaging such as MRI and CT.
Continuity of care
Follow-up visits are booked as needed, with updated clinical records as recovery progresses.
